Each file contains domain assignments for a genome with SCOP 1.63 + MAS
(genome.scop_mas.dat) or Pfam-A + Pfam-B version 12 (genome.pfam.dat) in the
following format: 

>Sequence_name | sequence_length | domain_name start-end | domain_name start-end |

Domain names for Pfam-A domains begin with PF and Pfam-B domains with
PB/B. Superfamily names are provided for SCOP assignments and MAS
domains are denoted CL######.


Domain assignments are followed by predicted secondary structure for
the sequence with indices:

T - Transmembrane helix
* - Disorder
x - Low complexity
H - Alpha helix
E - Beta sheet
C - Coil
