Assignment IV: Project

In this assignment you should use your collected knowledge from the three previous assignments. You shall use the protein sequence you got when you choose a group and then you should try to findout as much information as possible about this protein. You should then write a final report on approximately 3 pages using a wordprocessor. The report should be written in english.

You can write the report alone or together with one collegue. If you work togethet you should analyze both your sequences but it is enough with one common report.

The report should contain five parts. "Abstract", "introduction", "methods", "results and discussion" and "conclusions". In introductions you should give the biological background to your protein sequence. Methods should contain a list (including webadresses to all the tools you used. Results and Discussion should contain a discussion about what you found about your protein. You should also include a discussion about how the different methods worked.

The report should either by given to one of the assistants or mailed to Johannes
